ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station repeatedly under the guise of opening of a rowdy sheet, as arbitrary and illegal.
counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the 3rd respondent stating that the petitioner was involved in Cr.No.43 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 379 & 109 read with 34 IPC and the said case was ended in acquittal. As on today, there is no proposal for opening of a rowdy sheet against the petitioner.
In view of the statement that there is no crime pending against the petitioner in Gadwal Rural Police Station, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
