This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation, dated 13.07.2022, is given to the Registrar concerned to collect the deficit stamp duty and in view of the same, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present application.
