THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR C.R.P.M.P.NOS.4693, 4694 AND 4695 OF 2017 IN C.R.P.NO.991 OF 2017 AND C.R.P.NO.991 OF 2017 C O M M O N O R D E R This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 06.12.2008 passed by the Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District, as the appellate authority under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955.

The first petitioner, having expired, is represented by petitioners 2 to 7. Petitioners 2 to 7 are present in person and produced their Aadhaar cards in proof of their identity. Petitioners 2 and 3 filed individual affidavits, executed on Indian Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.50/-, stating to the effect that they had executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of one G.Chandra Shekar, while petitioners 4 to 7 filed individual affidavits, executed on Indian Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.50/-, stating to the effect that they had executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of one V.Madhusudhana Rao. C.R.P.M.P.No.4693 of 2017 was filed seeking leave to permit G.Chandra Shekar to represent petitioners 2 and 3, while C.R.P.M.P.No.4694 of 2017 was filed seeking leave to permit V.Madhusudhana Rao to represent petitioners 4 to 7 in this case. C.R.P.M.P.Nos.4693 and 4694 of 2017 are ordered accordingly.

By way of C.R.P.M.P.No.4695 of 2017, a prayer is made to record the terms of compromise and allow the petitioners to withdraw this civil revision petition. However, the affidavit filed in support of the petition is signed only by V.Madhusudhana Rao who holds a General Power of Attorney to represent petitioners 4 to 7.

C.R.P.M.P.No.4695 of 2017 is ordered accordingly. As petitioners 2 and 3 are present in person, they were asked by this Court as to whether they also intend to withdraw the civil revision petition and seek recording of the compromise. Both of them answered in the affirmative.

In that view of the matter, as the parties seem to have entered into a settlement which was reduced into writing under Memorandum of Terms of Compromise dated 20.07.2017 and have also agreed to withdraw the civil revision petition in consequence thereof, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn duly taking on record the terms of compromise as set out in the Memorandum of Terms of Compromise dated 20.07.2017.

C.R.P.M.P.Nos.4693, 4694 and 4695 of 2017 are allowed. Interim orders shall stand vacated. Other pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 26th JULY, 2017 Svv
