This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The petitioner is identified by the learned counsel Sri T. Durga Reddy and affidavit has been certified by M. Narasimhulu (AP/362/1999), as affidavit having been signed before him by Rehana Begum, D/o Mir Qhasim Ali, R/o H.No.17-2-181/30/1, Wahed Colony, Yakutpura, Hyderabad.

In the light of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

The Learned Senior Counsel Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, for the respondent Nos.9 to 11, submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions of the respective counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
