THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.6844 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from her land of an extent of Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.9-1c situated in Gummalladoddi village, Gokavaram Mandal, East Godavari district.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader has filed counter affidavit stating as follows:

"... it appears that the Writ Petitioner is having land in Sl.No.9/1C but not in R.S.No.9/1A2. The 4th respondent taken action to protect the land taken possession as Land Ceiling Land measuring Ac.2.10 cts covered by S.No.9/1A2 only. But not taken any steps to dispossess the Writ Petitioner from her land i.e., Ac.1.00 cts covered by S.No.9/1C and not interfere into her possession. Hence the contention of the Writ Petitioner is not correct. At present the land covered by S.No.9/1C measuring Ac.1.00 cts is in the possession and enjoyment of the Writ Petitioner."

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and Writ Petition is closed by recording the above submission of the 4th respondent.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
