HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2543 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The present criminal revision case is filed questioning the orders dated 28.11.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1389 of 2014 in M.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sompeta, Srikakulam, dismissing the petition filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act.

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by both the learned counsel that in the light of the orders passed in Crl.R.C.No.1020 of 2016 dated 31.01.2017, no further orders are required since the second respondent herein has been directed to make himself available for DNA test, on filing a fresh application. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required.
