THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2971 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.70 of 2012 on the file of Savalyapuram Police Station, Guntur District for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 IPC.

Heard.

The Crime pertains to 2012. So far, no steps have been taken by the respondent-police to secure the presence of the petitioner. Now, the petitioner is apprehending arrest in the hands of the police. In view of the above, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioner herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
