THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.46370 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of crime No.463 of 2015, dated 28.10.2016 by the fourth respondent. This Court, by an order, dated 30.12.2016, directed the respondents not to arrest the petitioner.
Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents investigated the crime and referred the case as false. Learned Government Pleader submits that the investigation so far done did not reveal any accusation against the petitioner. Except the complainant, no other witnesses, revealed any accusation against the petitioner. Even the complainant's father and son also did not reveal any allegations against the petitioner.
In view of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in view of her non-involvement. However, the respondents can continue the investigation if they so desire.
