O R D E R :

Aggrieved by the order dated 20/7/2016 passed by the I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, Guntur district, in I.A.No. 697 of 2015 in OS.No. 286 of 2014, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner/defendant under Order-XVI, Rule-6 and Section 151 of CPC seeking to direct the Additional Registering Authority RTA, Guntur to cause production of the original application form filed by her at the time of registration of her motor cycle bearing No. AP07-BE-1791, this Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. Sri K. Srinivas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/defendant submits that the present revision has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the above revision

with liberty to take steps before the court below in accordance with law.

3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
