HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT SECOND APPEAL No.279 OF 2018 JUDGMENT : (Oral) Vide the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 15.12.2017 passed in A.S.No.87 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tenali, whereby the appeal filed by the appellant herein has been dismissed.

2. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court is not inclined to admit the present appeal. However, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks six months time to vacate the suit premises.

3. Keeping in view the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant, I hereby grant three (03) months time to vacate the suit premises. Failing which, the respondent/plaintiff is at liberty to get vacated the suit premises under the law available.

4. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
