HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APEAL No. 365 OF 2015 02-06-2015 Between:

P.N. Megavarnam ... Petitioner And A.K. Velu and two others ... Respondents

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APEAL No. 365 OF 2015

PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal and submits that the appellant would be satisfied if learned single Judge before whom the writ petition is pending is directed to decide his application seeking impleadment in the writ petition and allow the appellant to file vacate petition if his implead petition is allowed.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, we are satisfied that this writ appeal can be conveniently disposed of by the following order: "Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. The learned Judge before whom the writ petition is pending is requested to consider and decide WPMP No. 34858 of 2014 filed by the appellant expeditiously. It is open to the appellant to file miscellaneous petition for vacating the interim order, impugned in the present writ appeal, in the event his application for impleadment is allowed. All contentions of the parties are kept open."

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ________________________ S.V. BHATT, J 02-06-2015 ks
