THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO. 9106 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Dr. Y. Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submits that if the petitioner approaches the Deputy Commissioner concerned, then she will hear her and consider her objection. In that view of the matter, we close the writ petition directing the Deputy
Commissioner concerned to issue notice to the writ petitioner and on receipt of the same, if she turns up she shall be heard and, after considering her objection, an appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till then no coercive measures shall be taken.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
