This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing Memo dated 14.2.2018 in granting mutation of the land of an extent of Ac.7.30 guntas in Survey No.13/AA and Ac.4.28 guntas in Survey No.13/AA at Inamguda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy district in favour of the respondents 4 and 5.

This Court noticed that against the impugned order, there is a provision for Revision/Appeal to the competent authority and in view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to avail such remedy, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
