This Court by order dt. 25.02.2022 refused to cancel the bail, however, imposed certain conditions regarding his appearance before the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) and posted the matter to this date.
Heard learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent/accused.
Learned counsel for respondent/accused
submits that there are no violations of any of the conditions imposed by this Court on 25.02.2022 which is not disputed by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner (DRI). In the said circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in this application. However, the respondent/accused i.e. Sri Pradeep Kumar shall make himself available on all such dates as required by DRI for the purpose of investigation.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

The petitioner states that he failed to make payment of the amount undertaken before this Court. However, due to the petitioner being in jail in connection with some other crime, the petitioner failed to pay the outstanding amount.
Now the petitioner seeks further time of two weeks for making payment of the outstanding amount undertaken before this court.
Accordingly, the interim order granted earlier is extended for a period of two weeks to enable the petitioner to make outstanding payment.

On 28.03.2022 the petitioner undertook to pay outstanding amount of Rs.14,85,000/- initially and the Court granted two weeks time, however, the petitioner failed to make the said payment.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that finally two weeks time may be granted to make outstanding payment of Rs.14,85,000/-.
Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, time for making outstanding payment of Rs.14,85,000/- is extended up to 21.04.2022. If the petitioner fails to make payment by 21.04.2022 the main petition seeking for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. Post on 21.04.2022 ___ trr

The office of Assistant Solicitor General is directed to get the instructions as to what coercive steps were taken in the matter when specifically this court ordered by order dated.19.7.2021 extending time for surrendering A1 and A3 for ten days, failing which police shall take coercive steps against the petitioners in accordance with law.
The investigation agency shall inform as to what coercive steps were taken in the case after the time of 10 days expired in I.A.No.1 of 2022 as granted by order datedl.19.7.2021.
