THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.32118 of 2017 O R D E R:

Since the petitioner has filed O.S.No.341 of 2015 in the Court of XVI Additional District Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District with regard to the subject land and as per the material produced before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel, construction in the subject land has already undertaken, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies in O.S.No.341 of 2015.
