.....Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail pending investigation, enquiry and trial in Crime No.427 of 2016 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, in the interest of justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Hyma Kumar Yallapragada Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (TG), for the Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:

"The present application is moved by way of lunch motion seeking bail on the ground that the condition of the father of the petitioner is serious.

Learned counsel for the petitioner placed before the Court the medical prescriptions and also certificates issued by the doctor to show that the condition of the father of the petitioner by name D. Raji Reddy is serious.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal. This interim bail shall be in force till 27.07.2016. Post on 25.07.2016."
