THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1884 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.19980 of 2015 in W.P. No.15330 of 2015 dated 09.06.2015.

The order passed by this Court is as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Additional Assistant Engineers (Electrical) by transfer in accordance with the order dt. 18.09.2014 passed in WPMP No.34890 of 2014 in WP.No.27858 of 2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." A counter affidavit is filed enclosing a copy of the order dated 21.12.2015, in pursuance of the said interim direction, rejecting the request of petitioners for consideration to the post of A.A.E. by way of appointment by transfer.

In view of passing of the order dated 21.12.2015, this Court sees no ground to proceed further with regard to the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
