O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Bankatlal Mandhani submits that the petitioner, who is the husband, filed O.P.No.704 of 2008 on the file of Additional Family Court at Hyderabad seeking divorce and pending the O.P., the wife filed I.A.No.140/2009 in O.P.No.704 of 2008, seeking interim maintenance and by the impugned order and decree dated 24.6.2010, the trial court granted interim maintenance, challenging the same, the present revision is filed. The learned counsel further submits that the parties have obtained divorce by mutual consent and that nothing remains in the revision for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
