THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY I.A. No.1 of 2018 IN/AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.922 of 2017 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the inaction on the part of the Principal District Court, Guntur in disposing of I.A.No.1906 of 2016 in CMA CFR No.9680 of 2016.

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to extend the interim order granted by this Court on 10.3.2017 in CRP No.922 of 2017. 3.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the Miscellaneous Appeal is numbered as CMA No.14 of 2017 and is made over to the file of the III Additional District Court, Guntur, and the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the CMA as early as possible. Both the counsel further submitted that interim stay granted by this Court on 10.3.2017 may be extended till disposal of the C.M.A. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur is hereby directed to dispose of C.M.A. No.14 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim order granted in the C.R.P., on 10.3.2017 will be in force up to the disposal of the C.M.A. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered.

With the above directions, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
