2. Petitioner complains in this writ petition with regard inaction on the part of the third respondent. It is stated that petitioner had filed a detailed representation before the third respondent under Ex.P1 requesting him to take action for wrongful deletion of his name and inclusion of third party's names. On that application, the third respondent issued notice in RCC No.7 of 2015 in August, 2015 to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent herein and proposed to conduct enquiry into the matter fixing the date of enquiry as 03.09.2015. However, thereafter no further enquiry is conducted nor any further date is notified and the matter remains pending as it is.
3. In view of the fact that the third respondent has initiated an enquiry but the same has not progressed as alleged by the petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if no final orders are passed in pursuance of the said notice issued by him, conduct appropriate enquiry after notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and take appropriate decision in the matter within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
