At the admission stage the following order is passed. For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the time given by learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Ongole in his order 05.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.719 of 2014 in C.A.No.173 of 2014 to deposit 50% of the cheque amount is extended from 16.12.2014 to 02.06.2015, failing which this order shall deem cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
