THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25653 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Karimnagar Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 28.06.2017, however no action has been taken so far and hence necessary direction be issued to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. The said request is not opposed. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 28.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
