ORDER

While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim direction on 6.8.2009 in WPMP No.21065 of 2009. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent-Wakf Board contended that since the 5th respondent raised illegal constructions, this Court rightly granted interim direction.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition can be disposed of making the interim order absolute and if the 5th respondent intends to make any construction, he shall take necessary permission from the competent authority, in accordance with rules.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
