THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3259 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not permitting the petitioner to take over the charge of Inspector (Radio Operator) on promotion from the date of reporting at fourth respondent location from fifth respondent location and permitting the juniors to take over the charge on promotion as Inspector (Radio Operator) as unlawful. Thus, the relief sought in the Writ Petition is with regard to taking over the charge consequent to the promotion. The interim application was dismissed on 01.04.2009. Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
