HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3093 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 23.12.2016 issued by the 4th respondent asking the petitioner to vacate the subject land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that against the impugned order appeal lies and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law within a period of two weeks from today. Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties for a period of two weeks. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
