THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.6084 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2014.

By an order dated 24.06.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2014 the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amalapuram, while releasing the petitioners on anticipatory bail directed them to appear before the Station House Officer, Sakhinetipalli Police Station between 10:30 A.M., to 5:00 P.M., on every 2nd and 4th Saturday till the final report is filed. Subsequently, this Court in Crl.P.No.2648 of 2015 modified the same by directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Sakhinetipalli Police Station once in a month i.e., on every second Saturday.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition since 08.04.2015, which fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of the petitioners reporting before the Station House Officer concerned once in a month i.e., on every second Saturday, is hereby relaxed.
