This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge her on bail in Crime No. 150 of 2016 of Kamalapuram Police Station, YSR district, registered for the offences punishable under section 406, 420 of IPC Section 3 [1], 4, 7 [1] read with section 56 [1] of A.P. Chit Fund Act, 1971 and Section 5 of AP Protection of Depositors from Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
