HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8262 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Ms. K.Anjali, counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by 1st respondent vide Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dated 31-8-2015, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provision of Notaries Act and Rules and consequently, set aside the same by directing the respondents to renew the notary license of the petitioner and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper."

The learned counsel appearing for both parties submit that in similarly circumstances, this court disposed of a few of writ petitions and in the present case, the order in W.P.No.43045 of 2016 is relied upon and request this court to dispose of the writ petition on same terms and conditions.

Statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of order in Writ Petition No.9655 of 2016 and batch.
