THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.834 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.257 of 2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Medchal, Cyberabad, which is pending on the file of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, R.R. District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer referred the matter as civil in nature.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
