THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6073 of 2016 ORDER:

Ms. Naseem Ara, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the representation sought to be given by her client was refused by the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, and therefore, the present writ petition is filed. However, in the event the Station House Officer refuses to register a complaint, Section 154(3) Cr.P.C. provides an efficacious remedy to such complainant who is entitled to approach the Superintendent of Police. Without taking recourse to this statutory remedy, the present writ petition is filed.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedies available to him in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
