The grievance of the petitioners is that the Agent to the Government (District Collector), Tribal Welfare, West Godavari District, was not disposing of their injunction petition filed in a suit which is yet to be numbered. By way of the said injunction petition, the petitioners had asked for protection of their possession and enjoyment over an extent of land admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents in R.S.No.131 of P.Narayanapuram Vilalge of Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District.

2. As the said suit was stated to have been instituted on 12.10.2015 along with the injunction petition, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare was asked to get instructions in the matter.

3. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader informed this Court that the subject suit was numbered as O.S.No.3 of 2015/F2 and notice was issued to both the parties requiring them to appear before the Court of the Agent to the Government and District Collector, West Godavari District, on 28.11.2015 at 11:30 AM. A copy of the said notice is also placed on record.

4. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled.
