THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.963 of 2017 IN WRIT PETITION No.27137 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, questioning the action of the respondent in willfully disobeying the orders of this Court dated 12.08.2016 in W.P.No.27137 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.

While disposing the writ petition, this Court directed the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016. The learned Government Pleader for civil supplies submitted that in pursuance of the orders of this Court, the third respondent in the writ petition passed the orders on 26.10.2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this contempt case shall stand closed.
