Heard counsel for petitioner, Sri V.Narsimha Goud, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent and the Government Pleader for services appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he is entitled to the benefit of Automatic Advancement Scheme as well as Revised Pay Scales but the same had been denied to him by the respondents. Petitioner contends that he made a representation on 12.07.2017 to 1st respondent in that regard and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same.

Sri V.Narsimha Goud, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
