This petition is filed, by the petitioner/accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.19 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Kurichedu police station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 IPC.

During pendency of this petition, the petitioner herein filed Crl.P.No.5560 of 2017 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., and this Court disposed of the said petition on 13.07.2017 directing the concerned Station House Officer to follow due procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. Hence, the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
