Ramasubramanian) Seeking extension of time to comply with a conditional order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the borrowers have come up with the above writ petition.

Heard Mr. V.V. Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned counsel, takes notice for the bank. 3.

Unfortunately for the petitioners, the auction was held on 30.03.2019 and the petitioners filed SA.No.143 of on 12.04.2019. By the time the interlocutory application for stay was taken up on 16.04.2019, the highest bidder seems to have deposited 100% of the amount.

Moreover, the stay sought by the petitioner was for all further proceedings including physical possession. Therefore, at this stage, the only thing that can be done is to direct the tribunal to dispose of the appeal within two months.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the tribunal to dispose of SA.No.143 of on or before 30.06.2019.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
