ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Questioning the action of the third respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 27.01.2014 made under Form 6A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The applications of this nature are required to be considered within a time limit of 45 days by the revenue authorities.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.01.2014 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
