This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of CPC, assailing the order dated 02.3.2009 passed in I.A. No.3749 of 2008 in O.S.No.2707 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 12.7.2010. In view of the disposal of the suit, the very purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
