HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 27595 of 2013 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not reinstating the petitioner on the recommendation letter of the second respondent letter dated 03.08.2013 vide proceedings Lr.No.13/ EGS/ FA/ Vardhannapet/ 13-14; and consequently to set aside the said proceedings and further direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Field Assistant. 2) By an order dated 10.10.2013, this Court directed the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 04.09.2013 of the petitioner, taking into consideration the recommendations of the second respondent, dated 03.08.2013. It is now brought to the notice of the Court that the Project Director and Addl.DPC, DWMA, Warangal District, issued proceedings No.69/ FA/ GR.Cell/ Wardhannapet/ 2014 dated 19.11.

2014, re-appointing the petitioner as Field Assistant and also ordered to avail the services of the petitioner on contract basis as Field Assistant from 19.11.2014 to 30.06.2015 and to work in Bandauthapur Gram Panchayat in Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District for implementation of MGNREGS Scheme. It is said that thereafter the services of the petitioner is being utilized by extending the contract from time to time.

3) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
