Heard learned counsel for the parties The petitioner objects to the appointment of 4th respondent as Assistant Government Pleader to Junior Civil Judge's Court, Sidhout issued by the 2nd respondent on the ground that the 4th respondent was facing a criminal case in Cr.No. 62 of 2011 of PS S.V.U. Campus and as such he was not eligible to appointment.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits, on instructions, that the 2nd respondent has considered the matter and passed an order on 12.3.2015 canceling the

temporary appointment of 4th respondent.

In view of that, this writ petition does not survive and it is accordingly dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
