HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7534 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.5726/2015-A, dated 07-09-2015 issued by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer. Admittedly the petitioners have alternative remedy under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act") against the impugned proceedings and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy under Section 9 of the Act. Status-quo regarding entries over the subject property shall be maintained for a period of two weeks.
