Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner is a Hospital that is being run in the premises bearing H.No.11-2-52/1, near Old C.P.M. Office, Khammam Town, and it was established on 06.07.2010. When respondent No.2 came to the Hospital and threatened to demolish the structures on the ground that the said structures were raised without any permission from the Khammam Municipal Council, the present writ petition was filed. No notice or order was filed along with the writ petition. The writ petition was filed merely on the basis of the order passed in W.P.No.7829/2012, filed by another Hospital in the same town.

In the absence of any notice or order, merely on the basis of apprehension, this Court cannot entertain the present writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
