When the Writ Petition was listed on 13.02.2015, learned Counsel for the petitioner was absent. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
