O R D E R

The matter was posted before this Court upon W.P.M.P.No.26318 of 2015 filed by the petitioner in the writ petition stating that the matter was covered and required to be posted before the Court under the caption 'For orders'.

Sri P. Sridhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed reliance on the judgments of this Court in W.P.Nos.19083 of 2003, 1487 of 2004 and 27667 of 2010 and stated that the issue arising in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in the aforestated three matters and was decided in favour of the petitioner herein. Ms. C. Avani Reddy, learned counsel representing the learned standing counsel for the APSRTC, fairly conceded the position as stated by Sri P. Sridhar Rao, learned counsel.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the aforestated orders and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein. The proceedings impugned in this writ petition are therefore set aside. W.P.M.P.No.26318 of 2015 is ordered. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
