This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondents in registering the Crime basing upon the complaint, dated 13.04.2019, lodged by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home that basing on the complaint, dated 13.04.2019, lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.82 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent/ Station House Officer, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad District, was registered. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4 .

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
