This Writ Petition is filed challenging the disconnection of power supply to the service connection bearing No.5306-90232 under category LT-III Industry situated at Pahadi Shareef, Ranga Reddy District.

If that is so, it is open to the petitioner to submit a representation asking the respondents to furnish the details with regard to the outstanding amount and if there is any discrepancy, the petitioner can sit with the Officers and settle the matter. But, on the basis of the notice dated 28.06.2017, this Court cannot interfere at this stage. The petitioner is given one week's time for submitting a representation and the sixth respondent shall furnish the required details and submit reply within one week thereafter.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 07.07.2017 vs
