This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner from the pahanies and other revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0-04 guntas in Survey No.10/ A, situated at Asif Nagar Village, Karimnagar Mandal, Karimnagar District, without issuing any notice, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to insert the name of the petitioner in all revenue records in respect of the subject land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the record.

The persons, whose names are incorporated in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, are not made as party respondents to this Writ Petition. They are necessary parties to this Writ Petition.

Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition.
