This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, seeking to punish the respondents for deliberately violating the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23725 of 2016 dated 21.07.2016.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the contempt case.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
