HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.136 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw DOP No.27 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Yalamanchali, Visakhapatnam District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Transfer CMP with liberty to avail all the remedies available under law including filing of similar type of petition before the appropriate court. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this petition, shall stand closed.
