The petitioner is A.1 in Crime No.109 of 2019 on the file of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered under Sections 120 (B), 420, 465, 471 and 473 IPC. By way of this petition, filed under Section 438 CrPC, he seeks grant of pre-arrest bail.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner is charged with serious offences under Sections 120 (B), 420, 465, 471 and 473 IPC in the context of creating and fabricating fake educational certificates of SSC, Intermediate and Degree. Such criminal acts would seriously impact the society at large and have dire consequences as the beneficiaries of these fake documents would secure jobs with responsibility which they can obviously not live up to as they do not even have the qualification. The petitioner / A.1 is therefore not entitled to grant of pre-arrest bail. All the more so, as the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would inform this Court that the investigation is still ongoing.
