This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.302 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Special Magistrate-V, at Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 26.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
